The comfortable handle has been specially profiled for a better grip. 

The material from which the spoon is made is stainless steel with a special alloy of 18/10 - 18% chromium and 10% nickel. It will be hard and resistant to bending or sudden temperature changes. It will also retain its shine and color for a longer period of time. 

We recommend washing the spoon by hand due to the special PVD coating. PVD is a modern method of applying thin layers of coatings in vacuum furnaces. The applied layer has an even structure, does not rub off and does not chip.
